Customer Satisfaction

At Goods, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Information

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also welcome our own Gift Cards. When using a Goods Gift Card, please put your gift card number on the Shipment Summary page in the Special Instructions field. Our system will need another form of payment that it will use to complete the transaction. When we receive the order, we will then adjust your balance with the Goods gift card.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any item purchased on our web site either by mail or in person at Goods in Breckenridge, Colorado. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to:

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. You will be notified within 24 hours if your item has sold out or is temporarily out of stock.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the value of the merchandise shipped to each address using the chart below.

Additional Delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post.

For expedited shipping (2 days), add $10.00 per address.

Domestic and International Shipping
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Shipped via Standard Delivery (allow 10-15 business days) and 2-Day Express (allow an 3-5 business days). These items are shipped at international rates. Please contact us for a quote at 970.453.2880.
